Hotel Booking Information 

Mondial Congress & Events is the official travel agent for the General Assembly & Congress European Geosciences Union - EGU 2008 and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation.

We strongly advise all congress participants to reserve their hotel accommodation as soon as possible. Mondial Congress & Events will not be able to guarantee rooms after March 5th, 2008.

The indicated hotels are divided into four different zones. The minutes mentioned after every Zone refer to the distance to the venue of the conference - the Austria Center Vienna - by public transportation. You will receive a more detailed information of the hotels by clicking on the links below:

Reservations will only be confirmed if credit card details are fully supplied; alternatively please forward a deposit of two nights accommodation per room by credit card or bank transfer. (Details appear in the Accommodation form).

Each participant will receive an individual confirmation, indicating the name and address of their hotel. The booking will be final upon receipt of the corresponding deposit.

If your hotel reservation is being made by a sponsoring company, the participant will receive the corresponding hotel confirmation directly from the sponsoring company.

For block bookings (10 rooms and more) companies are requested to send their request by fax or e-mail to Mondial Congress & Events. Different payment and cancellation policies will apply.

Payment Information:

When registering for the Hotel Accommodation or Tours we kindly ask you insert your credit card information in the given form at the end of the registration process. You can also send your credit card information by fax to Mondial Congress & Events (indicating the credit card number, expiry date, cardholders name, cardholders signature).

If you wish to make a bank transfer, please use the bank information stated below with the remark "FREE OF CHARGE FOR MONDIAL CONGRESS & EVENTS". Please note that all bank fees will be charged to the participant.
