www.mondial-congress.com/celcc2007 Dear Colleagues, On behalf of the Organizing Committee I would like to invite you to attend the CELCC-ESMO Workshop on Predictive Factors in Lung Cancer in Vienna, December 7-8, 2007. This workshop is organized by the CELCC Board Members in co-operation with the Department of Medicine I of the Medical University of Vienna, ESMO and CECOG. The aim of the workshop is to bring together lung cancer experts of the various disciplines in order to discuss both current status and perspectives of predictive factors in lung cancer. Ongoing research projects will be presented by various research groups and co-operations should be initiated and/or strengthened. In particular, further studies on the clinical implementation of predictive factors should be discussed and designed. The workshop will strengthen collaborative research, particularly among European researchers, and should also promote young researchers in this rapidly developing field of translational and clinical research. I am looking forward to welcoming you in Vienna during pre-Christmas time. I am sure that the Workshop will be of scientific interest and will also benefit our patients with lung cancer by more individualized treatment strategies in the future.
