DEADLINE FOR HOTEL BOOKING 31st January 2008
After this deadline, reservations will still be handled. However, MONDIAL Congress & Events can not guarantee hotel accommodation after this date.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that hotel bookings can only be accepted and confirmed definitely upon receipt of your online registration and guarantee with creditcard (or –if not available- on receipt of the deposit payment required per room) – For payments, please refer to "TERMS OF PAYMENT".
As soon as we received your online-registration, a letter of confirmation will be mailed to you. It will confirm the name of your hotel, the room rate per night and the duration of your stay.
Confirmations will be e-mailed if an e-mail address is provided. This option is highly recommended as it helps avoiding time consuming correspondence. Otherwise, confirmations will be faxed or land-mailed.
If the hotel category requested is no longer available, Mondial Congress & Events will do its utmost to offer similar accommodation. This may, however, involve a change in price category. The number of nights booked is binding and will serve as the basis for your hotel invoice. Please note that, in case of early departure, the hotel is entitled to charge all nights booked.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS FOR HOTEL BOOKING
Hotel reservations for single persons can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation conditions for groups will be sent to you together with your confirmation. For NO SHOWS the complete accommodation will be charged.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Kindly note that we need a guarantee with credit-card for your hotel-reservation. Payment will be done directly at your hotel upon departure. Your credit-card details can be handed over to us online with your registration.
If you do not have a credit-card available, we kindly request a deposit-payment at the amount of EUR 100,- per room. The balance between the deposit and your total invoice must be settled directly at the hotel.

LIABILITY
Mondial Congress & Events shall act as a mediator only and cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred. The liability of transport and other service companies shall not be affected by the above. Only written agreements shall be valid. The place of jurisdiction shall be Vienna.
