ORAL & POSTER PRESENTATION / ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

 

Abstract submission has already been closed. A confirmation about acceptance as oral or poster presentation has already been sent to your email account.

 

Time slot for your oral presentation will be during the session "free communications" on Friday, November 27, 2008 from 11:50 - 12:50.

Presentation check-list: 7 minutes + 3 minutes discussion

Please bring your power point presentation on USB-Drive to the registration desk until 09:30 at the latest.

 

Poster presentation:

Size and format: Width: 90 cm / Heigth: 130 cm / Format: Portrait

Posters can be displayed from Friday, November 28 - Saturday, November 29, 2008 at the forseen poster boards. Please ask at the registration desk for support.

 

The poster presentation tour will be on Friday, November 28, 2008 at 16:20.

Please note that posters which are not removed on Saturday, November 29, 2008 at 18:00 at the latest will be removed and tossed away by the organizers.

Online Registration has already been closed. If you still wish to participate at the Symposium please register on-site.

 

Refunds less EUR 25,- administration fee will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by Mondial Congress & Events by Friday, October 31, 2008. After that date, no refunds will be granted. Reimbursements will be made after the conference.

Prices are per room per night incl. breakfast, service charges and taxes. The number of nights booked serves as a basis for your hotel invoice. Should the desired hotel (category) no longer be available, similar accommodation will be offered.

 

Please note, that the hotel booking can only be guaranteed upon receipt of the respective hotel deposit.

 

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing. Due to organisational reasons we kindly ask you to make your room reservation by Tuesday, October 14, 2008. Cancellations of rooms received before October 14, 2008 will be refunded, less an administration fee of EUR 25,-. For cancellations received after October 14, 2008 or no-shows the deposit will not be refunded. Rates are in EUR and include VAT.
